Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 cupssemolina
  • 1egg
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Onion and pepper
  • 1/2 cupVegetable oil to fry
  • 11/2 cupsofWater
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 maggi cubes
  • 3 cubes of sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients and mix

  2. 2

    Chop onions and pepper and mix into the barter

    Add more water. It shouldn't be too thick or watery

    Add lil oil to your hot pan and start frying on medium heat, flip to the other side

  5. 5

    Serve with tea any drinks, or with sauce
