Today I have made coriander leaves egg lababdar. Coriander leaves are also known as cilantro or Chinese parsley. Coriander is an annual herb in the family Apiacease.All parts of the plant are edible but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking.

Put oil in the pan on May 1.When the oil is hot add chopped onion.When the onion is fried chop the garlic.When the garlic is fried add chopped tomatoes.
When the tomatoes are fried grate them well with turmeric powder and salt. - 2
When grated add milk and water.Then break 2eggs.Then reduce the gas and cover it.After 5minutes open the lid and see if the gravy is thick then remove it with coriander leaves and green chilli.
