Steps

Make herbs and other ingredients ready.
Mix vinegar and water in a bowl. - 2
Boil the milk in a pan.
When the milk boils, add all ingredients in the milk and boil for a minute. - 3
Switch off the gas.
Now add a mixture of vinegar and water.mix with the spoon and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
After that transfer the milk mixture in a cotton cloth, squeeze it and leave for 20 minutes to drain extra water and Paneer binds well. - 4
Remove Paneer from the cloth and cut it in cubes.
Use as required..
