Steps

Assemble ingredients, roughly chop Water Spinach. Soak Dalia and Masoor Dal for 15 - 20 minutes.

In a deep.pot add sufficient water, then add Dalia + Masoor Dal + turmeric powder + Salt + green Chilli + chopped water spinach and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add additional water as per desired consistency.

Then in a tadka pan add oil, allow to heat, then add dry red chilli + Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle,
Pour the tempering into the mixture and stir well.
Cook further for 2-3 minutes and keep in stand by mode for around 2 minutes.
Dish is done. - 4
Serve hot hot
