Steps

First of all,you will start by par-boiling your rice (not necessary)

Slice your carrots,bell pepper and green beans and the keep it aside

Wash your red bell pepper,bonnet pepper and onions,then blend it all

In another pot,pour your par-boiled rice into the pot and add a little bit of cooking oil and add your curry powder and your spices,keep stirring until it’s fried

Then pour a little bit of water and then cover it up

In another pot I pour my sliced carrots,bell peppers and green peppers,and then poured my blended mixture all together,and your Maggi star and your spices (your choice)keep stirring until it’s done

Check your rice if the water is finished,pour your fried vegetables into the rice and stir and delicious fried rice is ready 😋
