Combine all the ingredients & make a medium soft dough using warm water. Do not rest the dough.

Divide the dough into 4 portions.

Roll one portion of the dough, using dry bajra flour.

Heat a girdle & cook the roti on both sides using little ghee. Remove in a plate,apply butter on them & serve with them with jaggery & ghee. Bajra rotis are ideally eaten with jaggery (gur) & ghee, which makes these rotis even more healthy & nutritious.
