Masala Poha (Red Masala Poha)

Take Red Poha. Wash it thoroughly and drain it. Take a pan. Add Oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard, jeera and asafoetida. Add chopped onion, potato and green chillies. Saute for some time.

Meanwhile add turmeric and salt and poha. Mix it well. Add peanuts in the pan and continue to cook on low flame.

Add chopped coriander leaves. Add red poha in the pan. Mix it well. Sprinkle with some water and cover it. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Open and mix it well. Serve with slice of lemon.
