Take a mixing bowl, add atta, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder & salt (sendha namak), mix it well.

Now add aloo & dhania patta, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, make a semi thick batter, rest it for 10 minutes. In goes 1 tbsp oil, mix it again, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it, moderate the flame. Drop small portions in hot oil, deep fry in batches until brown.

Take out in a bowl, plate it serve it with falhari aloo jhol...
