Pancakes are healthy, delicious breakfast recipes. They are easy to prepare and make us fulfill for a long time. Pancakes can be sweet or made with veggies and salt. Both are different and mouthwatering pancakes.
I have prepared sweet pancakes with chickpea sattu and jaggery as main ingredients in this recipe. Beside these , I have included ripe deshi bananas, pomegranate seeds, black sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds to make the pancakes extra delicious and healthy.

I have prepared sweet pancakes with chickpea sattu and jaggery as main ingredients in this recipe. Beside these , I have included ripe deshi bananas, pomegranate seeds, black sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds to make the pancakes extra delicious and healthy.

Arrange the required ingredients. Mix chickpea sattu powder, chopped banana, milk, jaggery, lemon juice to make the pancake batter. Rest for 15 minutes.

Then add milk salt, cinnamon powder, dry ginger powder, fennel seeds and mix nicely. Arrange pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds and black sesame seeds.

Grease a pan with ghee. Spread one ladle of batter. Add pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds and other chopped nuts on one side of the pancake.
Cook both the sides of pancakes with gee at medium to low flame.

Garnish the pancakes with honey and pomegranate seeds before serving. Thanks.
