Wash rice thoroughly take vessel put water and let it boil, put rice into it and let it cook

Blanch the spinach and make puree

Take kadai add butter jeera chopped onion and saute till golden brown

Add all veggies and masala and let it cook, add spinach puree and mix well

Once veggies cooked put cooked rice and mix well and put lemon juice

Spinach Pulao ready to serve with papad
