Steps

Firstly soak posto dana in hot water for 1 hr, strain it, grind it to a fine paste along with green chilli & lil water, keep aside.

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 1 hr, strain it, transfer it to normal water, keep aside for 1/2 hr, strain it again, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Fry soya chunks till light pink. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Add mustard oil in the same pan or wok, heat it. In goes onion, saute it for a minute.

Now add ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released, in goes haldi powder, dhania powder, kashmiri red chilli powder & salt, mix it well. Sprinkle lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.

Now add aloo & fried soya chunks, mix it well. In goes garam masala powder, mix it well.

Now add posto paste, mix it well, stir fry it for a minute.

Add 1 cup hot water, mix it well, give a boil.

Cook it covered on low flame until lil saucy..

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
