Wash peel and grate in grater.

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add pinch of asafoetida and turmeric powder.Add one chopped chilli.

Add grated peels and few coriander leaves.Add salt.Cook till peels get tender and crispy.Add coconut and sesame seeds.Saute for two minutes.Turn off the gas.

Our Red pumpkin chutney is ready to serve.
