First of all add 2 to 3 tablespoon
Ghee in pan and then add rava in it. Roast it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. When rava become roasted it gives nice fragrance then remove our from pan. Again add 4 to 6 tablespoon of ghee in pan and add gram flour in it and roast it for again 7 to 10 minutes on medium to low flame. - 2
When gram flour is roasted it is also gives nice fragrance and colours will be changes then remove it from pan. Now in pan add sugar and add half cup of water.

In another pan add ghee and roast chopped dry fruits.

Make one sting chasni then make a low flame and in that add our roasted flour and rava mix it well and also add roasted dry fruits in it mix it well. After two three minutes switch off the gas and make it cool for next 10 to 15 minutes

After 15 minutes mixture is quite hot but it is good for laddu making. From one side remove mixture with the help of spatula and make laddu.
