Vegetable Spaghetti

To cook the spaghetti. Take a deep pan, boil enough water. Add 1 tsp of oil. This is added so that spaghetti when cook doesn't stick with each other.

Cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes. Stir it in between. Drain it well using a strainer.

Chop carrot in medium size. Cook carrot and peas in pressure cooker for one whistle and keep it aside.

Now take another pan, add oil and allow to heat. Add onion and garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.

Then add the capsicum and saute it for 2 minutes.

Now add tomato puree and all the spices mentioned above. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Finally, add boiled spaghetti, carrot and peas and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
