Ingredients

  1. 4 pcsupper thigh chicken
  2. Boiling ingredients
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspwhite pepper
  5. 2finger ginger
  6. 1 pcsspring onion
  7. 3 pcsgarlic
  8. Water
  9. Chopped ingredients
  10. 10 pcsbird chili eyes
  11. 5 pcscurly red chili peper
  12. 10 pcslime leaves (slice to small pieces)
  13. 10 pcsshallot
  14. 5 pcsgarlic
  15. 1/2 tspsalt
  16. 1/2 tsppepper
  17. 1/2 tspsugar
  18. 3 tspmushroom broth powder (optional
  19. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the chicken. Then, prepare water in the pot.

    Add boiling ingredients and the chicken to the pot. Boil for 40min to 1 hour.

    Put the cooked chicken in the ice cold water. Then, dried, shred the chicken and set aside. Make sure the chicken is dried.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Once heated, add the chopped ingredients except for lime leaves.

    After cooked, add the lime leaves in the pan together with salt, pepper, sugar, and broth powder.

    Last, mix the shredded chicken into the pan.

    Chopped the garlic, shallots, curly chili, bird chili eyes, and the lime leaves.
