Rolled Oats Beetroot Cutlets (Super healthy and easy snack)
Steps

In a bowl, add boiled & grated potatoes 🥔 grated beetroot, grated paneer, onions 🧅 coriander leaves, ginger & green chili.

Now add 1/2 cup rolled oats roasted coarsely powder and other spice - red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix it well.
Mix well & correct the seasoning

Divide the mixture into balls of equal size. Prepare cutlets of desired size and shape & keep aside.

Coat each cutlet with rolled oats roasted coarsely powder from both sides well.
Place one cashew half on top of the each cutlet.

Heat a nonstick pan on medium flame and brush few drops of oil / ghee
Place the prepared cutlets on the hot pan and cook on low flame until the bottom is golden brown.
Made two types cashews & without cashews

Gently flip it other side and cook until golden brown.
Serve with spicy green chutney & spicy onions rings
