Who doesn't like Maggie?? In my opinion, everyone love it, right! My Mom used to cook Maggie with lots of veggies, and that maggie masala made it like heaven. I was surprised that sometimes Mom add okra also, we loved it. This is called mother's love ❤️. Yes I do the same. Today I add bell pepper 🫑. Heat a pan, add butter n fry eggs into scrambled, add maggie masala n salt. Sautéed well

Now add chopped onion and maggie n masala. Mix altogether.

Now add hot water. Let it cooked well. Then add diced bell pepper n cover for a while. Don't forget to switch off the flame 🔥.

After some time serve hot 🔥. I didn't use any sauce. If you want, you can be. I like it like this only.
