Barley soup
Steps

Soak the barley for 4 to 5 hours

In a medium pot take some water add soaked barley and cook it.

Sieve this mixture from siver and use the water for soup.

Grind this barley in the mixer grinder

In a small kadai add some butter and ginger garlic paste, satue this paste in the butter now add vegetables that you have and satue in the butter add above barley water for soup.now add grinded barley.

Add some pepper powder, oregano salt as per taste and make this mixture to boil add some water as needed,adjust the consistency of soup

Make to boil the soup and serve hot
