Clean well pata slice before cooking.

Pan sear/sautee meat until golden brown. Set aside in a bowl.

In the same pan sautee ginger, garlic and onions.

Put back meat and continue sautering for 3 mins until meat absorbs the garlic, etc.

Put in a pressure cooker the meat mixture with about a liter of water or until meat is covered water. (Make sure there is enough water not to dry and burn)

Add laurel leaves and black peppercorn.

Add knorr cubes.

Add balsamic vinegar and oyster sauce.

Pressure cooker for 20 mins. Time starts upon boiling.

Add banana blossoms.

Asd 2 to 3 tbsp brown sugar

Season with patis.
