Peel of papaya and cut in long pieces.Grated the pieces in a food processor.

Put the grated Papaya in the strainer. Slightly press and strain extract juice in a bowl. Keep it aside.

Heat the Ghee in a nonstick pan on medium flame. Add the grated Papaya and stir continuously till 3 minutes. Add the sugar and cook till slightly transparent.

Add the Arrowroot powder
in remaining juice and mix well.Add this syrup, kishmish 1 tablespoon dryfruits in papayas mixture. Cook till halwa released ghee and switch off the flame. - 5
Add the Saffron essence, elaichi powder and mix well. A very delicious healthy
: PAPAYA HALWA :
is ready to serve. Garnish with dryfruit pieces.
