Ingredients

40 minutes

  • 4 piecessmall tuna fish
  • 2small size tomato cut into 4 pieces
  • 3 teaspoontomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoongreen chilli sauce, red chilli sauce
  • 1 and half teaspoon of dark sauce
  • 25 gramslentils
  • Half bowl of water spinach stem chopped
  • 2 teaspoonfresh cream
  • 2 piecesamla
  • 25 mlrefined oil
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Half teaspoon cumin seeds and coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    At first roast bengal gram dal.

    Now heat the pan with refined oil and fry cumin seeds, coriander seeds. Now add chopped water spinach stems and turmeric powder. Add tomato sauce and all the the sauces.

    Now add fresh fish pieces and tomato pieces,amla into the gravy. Cook it by covering the lid for 20 minutes in low medium flame.

    Now serve it with rice.
