Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz)can butter beans, giant beans, lima beans (or 240 g cooked beans)
  • 1/2 cup (75 g)almonds, pulverized
  • 1/2 cup (80 g)dates, pitted + soft
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped peacan nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the beans, almonds, dates and vanilla extract together

  2. 2

    Mix in the peacans.

  3. 3

    Use cookie press to make biscuit shapes

  4. 4

    Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
