Eggless Banana Bread 🍞 🍌

I’ve tried many different recipes that don’t contain egg, and I have found this one to be the tastiest, fluffiest and moist of all. I garnished it with chopped walnuts and paired it with fruit. Perfect compliment to morning or afternoon tea.

I’ve tried many different recipes that don’t contain egg, and I have found this one to be the tastiest, fluffiest and moist of all. I garnished it with chopped walnuts and paired it with fruit. Perfect compliment to morning or afternoon tea.
Steps
- 1
Assemble ingredients and pre heat oven to 350 ° F
- 2
Smash the 3 bananas with a fork in a large bowl, and then mix in the wet ingredients.
- 3
Through a strainer, add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Mix until well incorporated
- 4
Pour the walnuts in a Ziplock bag and smash them with a rolling pin or firm object. Add them to the banana bread mixture, saving 1 tbsp for garnishing.
- 5
Line with oil and parchment paper a baking pan. Add the mixture in and top it with the remaining walnuts.
- 6
Bake for 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Allow it to cool down completely before slicing or removing from pan.
- 7
Serve warm with fruit, tea, or ice cream.
