Drizzle rice wine over the sausages and steam them in a rice cooker with 2/3 cup of water in the outer pot. Once done, keep the juice for later and slice the sausages into rounds.

Wash and chop the green onions, peel and slice the onion, wash and chop the cabbage, peel and slice the carrot, then cut into strips. Crush and peel the garlic, then mince it.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add some chopped green onions, and beat them. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir-fry until the eggs are cooked and golden. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the onion and stir-fry until the aroma is released. Add the cabbage, carrot strips, and corn kernels, stir-fry for 3 minutes, then set aside.

In a hot oiled pan, stir-fry the sausage until fragrant, then add the rice and stir-fry until loose. Add the eggs and cabbage, stir-fry evenly, pour in the sausage juice, and mix well. Drizzle soy sauce around the edge of the pan, continue to stir-fry evenly, and before serving, garnish with green onions and sprinkle with white pepper.
