Spring Cabbage & Ground Pork Fried Rice

I was given a lot of delicious spring cabbage.
In order to keep the crisp texture of the spring cabbage, don't cook for too long.
Step 4: cook over high heat to decrease cooking time!

Mince the garlic and ginger. Roughly chop the cabbage into large pieces.

Cook the garlic and ginger in sesame oil, being careful not to burn it.

Once fragrant, add the ground pork and cook until it changes color. Add the yakiniku sauce.

Turn the heat to high!! Add in the cabbage and quickly add in the the rice. Mix it together and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
