Steps

At first soak rice in water for half an hour. Then after rinsing water cook it in rice bowl.

Now heat a kadai with ghee. Fry garam masala whole and cumin seeds in ghee and then add rice.

Fry for 5-7 minutes in low medium flame and spread coriander leaves. Mix it properly.

Serve it hot with anything of your choice.
