Soak green and yellow moong dal, rice, urad dal for 20 minutes.

For tempering, Heat oil in a cooker, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry red chilli, asafoetida, chopped green chillies. Saute it well.

Add green peas, chopped tomato, carrot, ginger.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder cumin coriander powderand salt Saute it nicely.

Add soaked green yellow moong dal, rice, Urad dal. Mix with all masala.

Add 2 cup water, cover the lid and make 3 whistles on medium high flame. Let it cool for 15 minutes.

Open the cooker, sprinkle green coriander, serve hot moong dal masala khichadi with ' curd. It's very tasty and best option for dinner.
