Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1kilo of boquerones (anchovies)
  2. 1 cupvinegar
  3. 1/4 cuprock salt
  4. slices of ginger
  5. 1/2 cupolive oil
  6. 1/4 cupfinely chopped parsley
  7. 1/4 cupvinegar
  8. 2 tbsp.finely chopped garlic
  9. 1 tbspwhole black pepper corns
  10. chopped hot peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean fish and marinate overnight in the vinegar, salt and ginger mixture.

  2. 2

    The following morning discard the liquid. Prepare all the other ingredients and add the fish.

  3. 3

    Mix well and put in bottles. Leave refrigerated for at least 2 weeks before serving.
