Mix all the ingredients except the walnuts in a large bowl. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins or cupcake liners.

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Top the muffins with walnuts.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Brush the muffins with agave syrup before serving.
