These sweet potato wedges are a delicious and healthy alternative to regular fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they are the perfect side dish for any meal. In navratri fast we can take it as light snacks.
Steps

Peel and cut sweet potato in to thick slices. Wash properly for 2,3 times. Now dip into salty water.

Take a deep pan add water,boil it proper. Now add wedges for 3 minute in boil water. After that, cool it on room temperature.

Take a pan add oil heat it proper. Add blanched wedges in oil. On high flame roast it for 3 minutes.

So that it's outer part become hard and inner is soft. Take off these wedges from oil. Again cool it for some time.

Fry it at second time on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Now wedges are ready for serve. Garnish it with dry spices.

Now serve these tasty wedges.
