Take sooji and grind in mixer for 5 minutes then add 2 tablespoon ghee and salt again grind in mixer for 5 minutes.

Take above sooji mix and add small quantity milk at a time and make hard douge. Make 3 ball.

Make chapati and then cut with small lid to make puri like below. Make all puris.

Take kadhai add sugar and water heat it up to sugar melt in water and after that boil it for 5 minutes. Chasani that is pak is ready.

In kadhai add oil and heat on slow flame and then fry puris in it till puri become golden brown. Then add all puris in hot sugar pak,keep in pak for 5 minutes and then take out keep aside.

All puri are ready to served.On each puri add 1 tread of kasar.
