Wash and peel off skin of squid.Remove inwards.Slice it.

Marinate with salt.
Slice onion and bell pepper - 3
Boil water then blanch the squid.Just for a minute.Drain and set aside.

Heat pan add oil then stir fry intil soft.Add in ginger too.Then the bell pepper.

Stir fry quickly,add in.squid,oyster sauce,cooking wine then sautee.

Then sprinkle ground black pepper.Remove from pan and serve.
