Ingredients

  1. 2large boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1/2onions diced
  3. 1-2 cups corn
  4. 1 jarqueso
  5. 1/4 packettaco seasoning
  6. Milk to thin out. 1/4 cup or so
  7. to taste Salt and pepper
  8. 1 cupcooked jasmine rice with salt and turmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the onions and chicken together and add seasoning.

  2. 2

    Once browned add the corn, queso, and milk. Mix til consistency you want. Pour over rice
