Ingredients

45 minutes

  • 1 kgwhole Pomplets
  • 3-4 tbspoon oil to fry
  • For Marination
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric
  • 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tb spoon Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 tb spoon Fish masala,
  • 1/2 tb spoonlemon juice,
  • 1 tb spoon Kokam Aagal Or tamarind
  • For Coating
  • 1/2 cuprava,
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder,
  • 1 tb spoon rice flour

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut Pomplets as shown in given images and marinate for 30 minutes

    Finely coat with coating mixture

    Heat the pan and add oil and add few curry leaves then Shallow fry the Pomplets

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve as a starter or main course with rice and curry.
