This is a simple bread that you can make by making dough, adding ingredients, rolling it up, and baking it in a muffin mold. You can roll up any ingredients you like to make rolls. #GlobalApron

Cut the Spam and cheese into 5mm cubes.

Knead the dough ingredients. I use a bread maker to make the dough, but if you don't have one, knead the dough by hand until it's smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. Punch down to remove any air.

After bench time, Roll the dough out into a rectangle, sprinkle the Spam and cheese on top, and roll up.

Line a muffin tin with paper, cut the rolled up dough into 6 equal pieces, and place on top.

Place in a warm place to rise until doubled in size.
Bake in a 190℃ oven for 12-13 minutes.
Once cooked, spread butter on the top.
