Foxtail Millet Dosa

Take all the needed ingredients. Combine Millet,urud dal, Fenugreek seeds,soak about 4hrs.

Then transferred to a mixer jar,add leftover poha upma,salt and grind nicely. Asusual,transfer the batter to a bowl and ferment it.

In a hot tawa, sprinkle oil and pour a ladle of batter and spread. Sprinkle oil over it. Flip and cook.

That's it. Our healthy Foxtail Millet Dosa is ready.
