This is a healthy and hygienic homemade sweet recipe. Enjoy this Diwali festival with this easy and yummy sweet.
Steps

Mix 2 tbsp milk and 2 tbsp ghee. Add this to besan and mix it well by rubbing it with two palms.

Cover it and keep it aside for 30 mins. When we open it, we find crumbled texture. Sieve it with wheat sieve. If hard granules remain, grind the remainings in a mixie.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Add the sieved flour. Roast it by continuously stirring till golden brown.

Bring the pan down from the gas. Add 2 tbsp milk for creamy texture. Let it cool down.

Add elaichi powder, sugar powder and mix it well.

Roll into small laddus. Garnish with cashew pieces and poppy seeds. Enjoy this Diwali these homemade Magaj Laddus.
