Ingredients

  • 250 gokra chopped (ಕಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬೆಂಡೆಕಾಯಿ)
  • 3tomatoes (ಟೊಮೇಟೊ)
  • 2eggs (ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ)
  • 1onion, finely chopped (ಕಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ)
  • 1green capsicum, finely chopped (ಕಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸಿಕಂ)
  • 3green chilies, finely chopped (ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ)
  • 2 tbspoil (ಎಣ್ಣೆ)
  • 1 tspmustard seeds (ಸಾಸಿವೆ)
  • Black pepper (ಕಾಳು ಮೆಣಸು ಪುಡಿ)
  • 1/2 tsporegano (optional) (ಒರೆಗಾನೊ)

Steps

    In a pan, add the chopped okra and sauté on medium heat for about 15–20 minutes, until the stickiness reduces.
    ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಬೆಂಡೆಕಾಯಿ ಹಾಕಿ 15-20 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಬೆಂಡೆಕಾಯಿಯ ಅಂಟು ಹೋಗುವ ತನಕ ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿ.

    In a separate vessel, bring water to a boil. Add the tomatoes and eggs, and cook until the tomato skin starts to peel off.
    Once done, remove the tomatoes, peel them, and blend into a smooth puree.
    ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುದಿಸಿ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ. ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಸಿಪ್ಪೆ ಸುಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳೋ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ, ಟೊಮೇಟೊಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯಿರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ.

    In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
    Add chopped onions, green capsicum, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
    Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the tomato puree becomes soft.
    ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪ್ಯಾನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಹಾಕಿ. ನಂತರ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ, ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸಿಕಮ್, ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸು ಹಾಕಿ. ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಗೋಲ್ಡನ್ ಬ್ರೌನ್ ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿ.
    ರುಬ್ಬಿದ ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಪ್ಯೂರಿ, ಉಪ್ಪು, ಕಾಳು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ, ಓರಿಗಾನೊ ಸೇರಿಸಿ, ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಪ್ಯೂರಿ ಮೃದು ಆಗುವ ವರೆಗೂ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ (4 ರಿಂದ 5 ನಿಮಿಷದ ತನಕ)

    Add the sautéed okra to the masala mixture.
    Remove the yolks from the boiled eggs, chop the egg whites, and add them to the curry. Stir everything together.
    ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬೆಂಡೆಕಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಮಿಶ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿ, ನಂತರ ಮೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ಹಳದಿ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದಿಟ್ಟು ಬಿಳಿ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಚಿಕ್ಕದಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಿಶ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿ. ಎಲ್ಲದನ್ನೂ ಈಗ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿ.

    ಈ ಬೆಂಡೆಕಾಯಿ-ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಕರಿಯನ್ನು ಅನ್ನ, ಚಪಾತಿ ಅಥವಾ ದೋಸೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸೇವಿಸಿ.
