Steps

Take Rava in a mixing bowl. Add curd and 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Cover and leave, 10 minutes.

Meanwhile grate radish.

After, 10 minutes add grated radish to the semolina curd mix. Add a little water to make a thick batter. Keep aside.

Meanwhile boil water in a steamer or idlu maker. Grease the idli mould with few drops of oil.

Add baking soda to the batter. Add 1 tsp water on baking soda to activate it. Mix and put in idli mould immediately.

Put the idli mould in steamer and steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Take out the mould after 10 minutes. Let it cool on kitchen counter to room temperature.

Demould.Radish Rava idli is ready to be served. Serve with peanut chutney.
