Khada Masala Gosht
Steps

Peel onion and slice longitudinaly. Keep aside. Peel garlic and keep aside.

In a pressure cooker heat oil and add cumin seeds, cardamom, bay leaves, mace, peppercorns, cinnamon stick and cloves. Let the spices crackle.

Add sliced onion, red chillies, garlic cloves and chopped ginger. Fry till golden.

Add mutton and saute on high flame till liquid of mutton dried and oil separates. Add coriander powder and salt. Saute 1 minute.

Add 1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame or till done. Let pressure release itself.

Open the lid after pressure release. Add curd and garam masala powder. Saute on high flame till gravy is thick.

Put off the flame and leave for 10 minutes. Khada masala gosht is ready to be served. Serve with parathas or chapatis.
