Ingredients

  1. Eggs
  2. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fills pot with water approximately deep enough to cover your eggs with an inch of water.

  2. 2

    Put on burner on high heat. Bring the pot of water to a slow boil.

  3. 3

    Once reaches a slow boil, use a slotted spoon or soup ladle to carefully drop the eggs one at a time into the pot. Be sure to let them float before you remove the spoon from underneath them.

    Set a timer for 15 min and turn the heat down to medium. Allow to gently boil for 15 min

  5. 5

    Pour hot water off eggs. Allow eggs to cool off on their own

  6. 6

    Once eggs are room temp, store in refrigerator unpeeled until ready to eat.
