Restaurant style tasty crispy yummy cauliflower Manchurian

First take cauliflower cut the cauliflower into bite sized separate the stem of this cauliflower first so like this remove the stem then make small size pieces

Then transfer them into a large bowl and a large Pinch of salt let the florets rest in salt water for 3-4 minutes. This will help to get rid of any impurities. Once rested discard the salt water and rinse them with fresh water discard the water again.

To make the batter for frying add equal amount of refined flour and corn flour in a bowl and season it with salt black pepper powder in Kashmiri Gate chili powder then gradually add water while whisking continuously to make a semi thin batter.

Further and florets into the the batter mix well to coat them with the batter evenly.
Fry the coated florets in moderately hot oil until golden brown in medium flame. Then transfer them into a sieve and let them rest for few minutes. Then heat oil fry them golden brown and crispy now our crispy cauliflower manchurian is ready. Then heat a pan add oil and add onion ginger garlic and green chilli stir well cook over high flame for 2 minute. - 5
Further add chopped Capsicum coriander leaves soya sauce and green chilli sauce tomato kechap red chilli sauce and add salt and water as require to make fine sauce then add the fried cauliflower.

Add fresh coriander leaves and Garam Masala green two tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder onion and just coat cauliflower with shorts we do not have to cook much at this stage. Now restaurant style our crispy tasty cauliflower manchurian ready.
