Crush green peas in a chilli cutter, crush green chillies and ginger in a chilli cutter.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, crushed green chillies and ginger, saute it well.

Add turmeric powder, crushed green peas. Add salt, mix it well.

Cover the lid, cook for 5 minutes. In between stir it well. Cook for 10 minutes. Add dry mango powder, garam masala and sugar.

Add chopped green coriander and green garlic, add crushed red chilli.

Give a nice mix, saute for 1 minutes.Green peas sandwich mixture is ready. Take 2 breads. Spread butter on one bread and spread cheese on other bread.

Spread tomato catch up and sandwich mixture on both bread.

Place bread on sandwich maker, toast both side for 3 minutes.

When it completely roasted, Remove from sandwich maker and serve hot with tomato catch up.
