Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 people
  • 500 gmshakarkandi
  • 150 gmsugar
  • 4-6cashew for garnish
  • 2 tbspghee

  1. 1

    Firstly boil the shakarkandi,then peel it and mash it.Take a wok add ghee in it.

    Now add shakarkandi in it and saute it till it gets golden in colour,then add sugar in it and mix it till it melts properly.

    Now garnish it with cashew and serve it.
