Cut the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Peel and grate the potatoes, then mix with an egg, pepper, and salt.

Coat the chicken in flour and then immerse it in the potato mixture, covering it completely.

Bake in the oven at 400°F for 25 minutes.
