Take walnuts, cashews, almonds, sesame seeds, dessicated coconut, melon seeds in the ratio mentioned above in the ingredients section. Then put all of these in a big bowl and add 1 cup water to it. Soak it for overnight. After adding water keep the bowl in the refrigerator. Next day peel of the almonds skin. Then put all the soaked items along with it's water in a mixer grinder and grind it to a fine paste. Then add water gradually and keep grinding until it becomes smooth.

Then add more water till it reaches the consistency of milk. Now the homemade dryfruits milk is ready to be served. You can serve it as it is or add flavour of your choice. To make dates milk deseed the dates then finely chop three dates for one serving and add to the prepared milk and your dates milk is ready.
Now to make the second flavour add 1/2 tsp soaked basil seeds and 1 tsp soaked gond katira along with 1 tsp honey to the prepared milk. Mix it very well and it's ready to be served. - 3
You can make as many flavours as you like.
