Take all the needed ingredients. Peel off carrot's skin and cut in to pieces.

Transfer the pieces to a mixer jar and grind coarsely. In a hot pan add 3 tbsp pf ghee fry cashews and badam.

Take it out and add grinded carrot and saute. Cover and cook around 8mts. Colour slightly changed.

Now add milk and mix. Cover and cook until milk absorbed and cooked completely. It takes around 20 to 30mts. Next add sugar and mix.

Cook again. Sugar also absorbed,then add mawa and mix well,cover and cook 5 more mins. It's not sticky now. Then add cardamom powder and sliced cashews, Badam. Mix again. Turn off the stove.

Thatsall. Colourful and rich in taste Carrot Halwa is ready.
