Today I am using dolly kachwani's recipe but as usual I am trying some changes. Here we are trying to do winter season recipes so we need to use body warming ingredients here I am using sesame seeds and poppy seeds which gives us heat.

Today I am using dolly kachwani's recipe but as usual I am trying some changes. Here we are trying to do winter season recipes so we need to use body warming ingredients here I am using sesame seeds and poppy seeds which gives us heat.

First of all take fresh meat and cut into pieces. Then then add salt and turmeric and lemon juice and marinate it for 10 minutes said by side prepare paste for this gravy for that take dry coconut pieces or grated coconut then take sesame seeds poppy seeds jeera and roast it

After roasting cool down and then grind it finely then add rosted onion garlic cloves and Ginger in that paste and again make fine paste by adding water. Now take a big kadai keep it on medium flame and add oil or ghee in it and then add paste in that oil

Said by side add kanda laSun masala, garam masala jeere powder dhaniya powder and mix it well when that masala is nicely roasted then add marinated mutton in it and mix it well. Don't add a water because we are adding salt and because of that after sometime water is there. If you think it is dry then you can add little bit water.

Keep this mixture on medium flame for next 25- 30 minutes put plate on it if you want gravy then switch off flame early,if you want dry then make it dry and at last spread coriander leaves. Serve this mutton masala with chapati,roti, bhakri or with rice. In winter season definitely use sesame seeds poppy seeds in your lunch or dinner with gives us energy and heat to our body.
