Ingredients

  1. 200 glentils
  2. 4eggs
  3. Potatoes
  4. Cinnamon
  5. Dry Rosemary
  6. Dry mint
  7. Dry basil
  8. Dry thyme
  9. Dry Marjoram
  10. coriander seeds
  11. fresh coriander
  12. Fresh parsley
  13. Butter
  14. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Put the lentils after soaking them with a little water in the blender and add salt and cinnamon until smooth.

    Beat the eggs and add them with salt and cinnamon. Place the eggs in a baking dish.

    Add the potatoes after baking them in the fryer with the eggs in the baking tray, separated from each other.

    Add the lentils on top of the eggs and potatoes completely.

  5. 5

    Add fresh coriander, parsley, cilantro, rosemary, marjoram, mint, basil, and dried thyme to the entire tray and some butter on top of the ingredients.

    Then we put the tray in the electric oven until it is cooked, about 20 minutes or less. At 230 degrees
