This simple dish is very easy to make and tasty.Tofu is rich in protein and broccoli is a super food.
Steps

Heat oil and butter in a frying pan,add tofu pieces and shallow fry until golden brown from both the sides Keep it aside.

Boil water and salt 1/2 tsp,add broccoli.Cook it for 2 min and then wash it with cold water.

In the same pan,heat the remaining oil,add ginger garlic and fry.Now mix broccoli and 1/4 cup water.Add tofu,cover and cook for 2-3 min.

Add sugar, tomato ketchup and soya sauce.Mix it well.Add slurry and mix.Cook it 2-3 min and switch off the gas stove.

Your healthy and tasty broccoli and tofu stir fry is ready to serve.Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
